Bureaucracy

Third in the Four.

Beauracracy rides a raging mammoth mummified in red tape. The animal howls and bellows and fights with every step to be free of its bindings, giving it a curious poorly stop-motioned gait.

Bureaucracy himself is corpulent and resplendant as a well to do accountant. The beads on his abacus roll back and forth seemingly at random and his constant auditing of his surroundings wears his writing hand to the bone. his blood soaks into the pages of his notebook and they trail down as he works through them, tangling further around the mammoth and binding it ever tighter.

I think i find this one the most disturbing of all of them.

The mammoth doesn't look enraged enough as i came up with the idea of it fighting against its duty after i'd finished the sketch.
